In many countries all over the world, people are encouraged to do the recycling with various incentives. In the UK, it seems like it is the opposite way around and you are punished if you do your recycling wrong. How many times have you heard of the bins being left behind when a bit of plastic has ended up in the green bin? Or bins being emptied on the lawn and checked randomly to ensure that you have done it properly? This is no way to encourage people to want to recycle! (more…)

Does anyone think that the recycling system in the UK is a disgrace? Recycling is a great idea and most people are all for doing what they can to preserve the environment.
